As of December 1st, 2018 Homeside Properties is our management company. With this change come some modifications with the established processes, particularly Clubhouse/Activity Room reservations, Architectural Control Committee requests, and payment of fees. Please use the link below to head over to the Homeside Resident Portal (if this is your first visit use the “Register” link from the Homeside Website to create your account).
Payment of association fees
If you currently have autopay setup with CMA (old property management company) then you should cancel ASAP. In order to handle the transition the first half 2019 dues are now due on February 1, 2019. Homeside mailed out the welcome letter package to all residents on November 27, 2018 so please ensure you have reviewed the material as there is valuable information contained about the transition.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
All modification requests must be submitted directly to Homeside Properties for processing. Once the modification request is received, it is forwarded to the Architectural Committee/Board for decision. Please allow the Architectural Committee/Board the amount of time given as per the Covenants and outlined on the application to review the request. You will be notified by mail once a decision has been granted. You must have a written approval before commencing work.
“Applications for Modification” request forms are available on the 3176711542 from the main page under “Documents” then “Architectural Control/Modification Requestâ âApplication for Modificationâ. Please complete the application form it in its entirety. You may return your signed completed request either by (314) 699-3697 or US mail to the address listed on the form. Please remember when returning electronically or via us mail, to include all supporting documentation as indicated under the category request of your choice. Incomplete applications will be returned and unsigned applications will not be processed.
The reservation process is undergoing the largest transformation, although we hope you find it simpler. Reservations for both the Clubhouse and Activity Room are handled by the Homeside reception desk (yes, real people!). A static calendar of the existing reservations will be available on the Homeside Resident Portal in case you want to plan ahead before calling in. Reservations are only taken during normal business hours by calling Homeside at (678) 297-9566. Reservation priorities are taken on a first come first serve basis.
